Fred’s business journey began in the early 90’s - and since then, has had his sights firmly on the business & real estate landscape in one form or another… over the last 25 years; Fred has owned and managed several successful businesses in Hobart and Melbourne. This led into a natural progression into the real estate & business broking world. Since 2005 Fred has listed and sold hundreds of business and properties throughout Melbourne, varying from food and hospitality, retail, industrial, foodservice, wholesale and distribution… achieving many accolades along the way, he has built fantastic relationships and rapport with clients, vendors and purchasers, utilizing his many years of professionalism, integrity and respect for others. He now carries that on with the utmost ambition and endeavor, at Paramount.

For over 25 years John has been involved in business and real estate and is now concentrating on Land & Sub-Division projects. John also holds a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Design and a Masters Degree - MBA - specialising in Entrepreneurial Management.
